How long does my order take to ship?
All Citrine & Rose merchandise is printed on demand to ensure the highest quality and reduce waste. Here’s what to expect:
Production Time: 2-5 business days
Shipping Time: 3-7 business days (US domestic)
Total delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days from order placement.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow its journey to you!
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by location:

∙ Europe: 10-20 business days
∙ Australia/New Zealand: 10-20 business days
∙ Other International: 10-30 business days

Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your Citrine & Rose merchandise! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible for return:
∙ Damaged items
∙ Defective products
∙ Wrong item received
∙ Significant print quality issues
Not eligible for return:
∙ Items you simply changed your mind about (since they’re custom printed)
∙ Items with minor printing variations (slight color differences from screen to print are normal)
How to initiate a return

2. Include your order number and photos of the issue (if damaged/defective)
3. We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or item, we’re happy to send a replacement! Email us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
